I HIGHLY recommend this course for all those that want to "understand"- not just follow rules or simply repeat what is shown on the screen. In addition to being interactive and having like thousands of animations which makes it fun and entertaining, this course does it best in explaining how music works. It does that in a practical and VERY interesting way, using real-song examples, and then providing you exercises so you can do it yourself.
In this way, the course not only teaches you how to play the piano by ear, but also how create your own music and understand what you are playing.
The lessons start from the VERY beginning, making it suitable for those who never played piano too. It goes step-by-step, first covering the basic elements of music (intervals, chords, scales) and teaches you how to play basic songs.
As the course advances, it teaches you "the logic behind music" using excerpts from real songs, and how to improvise and create your own music.
