I have Vista Ultimate now as an Upgrade from Vista Home Premium. Since I have Upgraded, HP Total

Since I bought my COMPAQ PRESARIO SR5400 FR last year the TCA never worked. I've called HP hotline
at minimum twice and the solutions they provided me never optimize tha TCO program. So today when I
saw there is a upgradeor update available, I was very excited because I thought that endly TCA will
work. NO way ther is always an error 9995 or 9996. No time to see what's that. In fact I do not know
what's TCA is. Better to laugh.

you need to have the .NET framework 3.5 installed along with .NET framework 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, and 3.5.
and installing version 4.00 would be helpful. you can download those from the windows update or from
the download center and do it manually. is your pc completely up to date with all the windows
security updates and service packs for your machine?? is your machine clean of viruses and
malware??? if i don;t hear from you i assume you have fixed the problem or some other reason. have a
