I have Vista Ultimate now as an Upgrade from Vista Home Premium. Since I have Upgraded, HP Total Advisor has not worked properly. Help! doc7 at frontiernet dot net

Since I bought my COMPAQ PRESARIO SR5400 FR last year the TCA never worked. I've called HP hotline at minimum twice and the solutions they provided me never optimize tha TCO program. So today when I saw there is a upgradeor update available, I was very excited because I thought that endly TCA will work. NO way ther is always an error 9995 or 9996. No time to see what's that. In fact I do not know what's TCA is. Better to laugh.
